We’ve been doing some really neat stuff here at Jester Creative Inc. We’ve been fortunate to work with some terrific clients in the past little while. Below is a sampling of some of the work we’ve done in web design, video production, and marketing. Feel free to take a look around!
Recognia
Jester Creative has been working with Recognia®, the industry leader in providing investment research products for online traders and investors to create a series of tutorial videos for their products. We have completed a total of 12 English videos and 9 French videos to date. These screencast videos help Recognia’s customers to learn to use their products effectively. We also brought in hosts for the videos, because having a host on screen helps to create a personal connection with viewers.

Tradex
Tradex® provides financial services to public sector employees and their families, and they wanted a way to tell their story with video. We worked with Tradex to take a couple of video concepts they had already developed and shot, and edit them into a creative visual story. We provided consulting advice on how to shoot and script the videos, and the team at Tradex were able to complete these aspects in-house on their own.

Women’s Worlds 2011
Jester Creative led the social media effort for Women’s Worlds 2011, the largest feminist conference in Canadian history. More than 2,000 women from all over the world converged on Ottawa for this event. We managed the online presence and gathered thousands of photos, as well hours of video and written content of the event, which ended up in a multimedia record DVD distributed around the world.

Cannamore Orchard and Spooky Wagon Ride
Cannamore Orchard is one of the premier Fall attractions in Eastern Ontario. They were in need of an updated web presence for both the Cannamore Orchard main web site, and the web site for their Hallowe’en attraction, the Sp0oky Wagon Ride™.

Queensway West Montessori School is a primary school in west end Ottawa. They were in need of an updated web site, to make it easier to communicate with parents, and attract new families to the school.

United Nations Association in Canada
The United Nations Association in Canada held a Model Arctic Council in October 2010, where students from all over the world headed to Whitehorse to hold a simulation United Nations Arctic Council.
Ontario Farm Fresh
Jester Creative works with OFFMA to provide training workshops to their members. We conducted two full-day workshops on Social Media Marketing in Guelph and Kemptville and continue to provide training and coaching services.
4-H Ontario
4-H Ontario had a very special project in the works when they contacted us. 4-H Youth from around the province had worked together to conceptualize and write four Public Service Announcements for Farm Safety.

NAHEC
The Northern Arizona Area Health Education Center needed a way to present customized, printable information to students in Arizona interested in careers in the health care industry.
Saunders Farm
Bet you didn’t think we could be scary! You probably didn’t think we had it in us. But we’ve been helping Saunders Farm, one of the Ottawa regions’ most fun and frightening Fall attractions, whip up their fear factor through the production of a series of short video vignettes that take the viewer on a veerrry scarrrry journey through the Barn of Terror, the Haunted Hayride and the Field of Screams.
The House Healers
Jester Creative grew out of a passion that partners Jen Rennick and Sue Murphy had to create engaging, fun content that audiences could really sink their teeth into. We combined our mutual passion for producing TV shows with Jen’s passion for home renovation and design and thus, The House Healers was born.
Overlay.tv
When the cool people over at Overlay.tv asked us to helped them with a video project, we jumped at the chance. We’re big fans of their amazing video overlay technology (they are on our Stuff We Love list!) and we were excited for the chance to work with their talented creative team.

In 2007, The Ottawa Mission approached us with the need to update their current web presence and make it more accessible to their donors. We help them design a brand new look and feel that was beautiful and functional.

Aboriginal Language & Culture Awareness Video
We produced this video about the state of crisis that Canada’s more than 50 Aboriginal languages are currently in. Some of these indigenous languages are near extinction, with only one or two native speakers in certain areas of the country.
NX Labs Body Challenge Podcast
We worked with Ryan Anderson of Fat Canary Communications to produce a series of 11 video podcasts for the NXLabs body building competition.
